5) On the hospital dashboard, click on the “Registries” section. There are 2 registries available in this demo platform
6) Click on one of the registries, such as Global Lung Cancer Registry.
7) On the Global Lung Cancer Registry page, you will see several tabs below the header, such as “Dashboard,” “Patients,” and “Clinical Notes”, "Pathology Reports" "Genomic Reports" and "CT Scan Reports".
This is where you can access aggregated insights, detailed patient-level information, and all associated patient documents.
Viewing Insight
8) Click on the “Dashboard” tab to view aggregated insights for patients in the registry (e.g., The dashboard displays insights on Staging, Gender, Age, etc., for 500 patients in the registry). These insights are derived from the patient data uploaded by the hospital. The displayed data fields you see here, such as Smoking Status and Ethnicity, are tailored and customized to the predefined data schema of the registry.
Viewing Patient Information
9) Click on the “Patients” tab to see a list of patients in the registry.
All data fields are fully customizable, allowing hospital users to upload datasets with their own data fields, together with the predefined data schema.
10) On the Patients page, click on a patient from the list to view patient-level details.
11) When you select a patient, you will be directed to the patient's profile page. This is where you can see clinical information and documents of the patients like clinical note, pathology reports, etc.

Filtering Patient Information
12) With so many fields in the registry, it can be overwhelming to find what you need. That’s why we built the "Custom Columns" feature—so you can easily show or hide any columns to tailor your view.
To hide a column, simply deselect its checkbox in the column selector. (e.g., Uncheck “Last update” to remove that column from view).
For example:
