Should you decide to contact a trial sponsor, there are three options available to you.
Option 1: Email through Oncoshot's 'Contact Sponsor' feature.
Option 2: Contacting Oncoshot support through the chat function.
Option 3: Contacting Oncoshot support through the 'Contact us' form.
Option 1: Email through Oncoshot's 'Contact Sponsor' feature.
From your patient's profile page, select the trial you are interested in.
You will be directed to the trial's information page. Select 'Contact Sponsor'.
A pop-up providing additional details will be shown. Select your desired location if necessary.
Scroll down until you see 'Contact Sponsor' again. Click on it and you will be directed to your email.
A default email will be crafted for you.
Option 2: Contacting Oncoshot support through the chat function.
Click on the blue chat icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
A chat pop-up will be shown. Click 'Send us a message' and a chat box will be shown.
Craft your message in the chat box and you will be assisted by Oncoshot support.
Option 3: Contacting Oncoshot support through 'Contact us'.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on 'Contact us'.
You will be directed to the 'Contact Us' page.
Scroll to the bottom to see a 'Contact Us' form. Provide your contact details and Oncoshot support will assist you upon receiving your message.
