Sponsor: Explore Registry In TryOncoshot

This guide explains how a sponsor can access and navigate a registry on TryOncoshot.

Navigate to Registry

2) Sign in with your email and password

3) Enter the 6-digit code from your mobile authenticator to complete the 2FA verification.

4) Once logged in, select the sponsor you have been granted access to (e.g., Innovate Pharmaceuticals) to access the sponsor dashboard.

5) On the sponsor dashboard, click on the “Registries” section. There are 2 registries available in this demo platform

6) Click on one of the registries, such as Global Lung Cancer Registry (which National Oncology Institute has participated, you can find out more about hospital registry here)

View Insight

7) On the Global Lung Cancer Registry page, you will find 3 tiers of aggregated insights:

  • Total: Global overview across all participating hospitals

  • Country: Insight broken down by country (e.g., Australia)

  • Hospital: Insight for each individual hospital (e.g., National Oncology Institute)

Note for sponsor: To protect patient privacy and hospital data security, sponsors can only access aggregated insights and not able to access individual patient-level data.

8) Since only the National Oncology Institute participates in this registry, click “View Insight” for the National Oncology Institute to see the aggregated insights.

9) On the "View Insight" page for Global Lung Cancer Registry (National Oncology Institute). You will find two tabs "Dashboard" and "Insight".

Dashboard:

This section shows you a consolidated view of the registry key insights, derived from the patient data uploaded by the hospital. The displayed data fields you see here, such as Smoking Status and Ethnicity, are tailored and customized to the predefined data schema of the registry.

Insights:

This section displays matching patient insights within the registry, showing the number of patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria using Oncoshot default data fields.
