Step 1: Sign in

Click on 'Sign In', which can be found at the top right hand corner of your screen.

Step 2: Create your password

You will be directed to the login page. Select 'Sign Up' to create an account. Provide all necessary information and click 'Sign Up >' to proceed.

Step 3: User consent

Select your relevant role, review all essential documents and tick 'I agree with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy' to proceed. Click 'Submit'.

Step 4: Completion

Upon successful creation of your account, you will be directed to the 'Patients' page.
